(1) Species information is displayed in tables. The header includes species, NCBI taxonomy ID, common name, Wikipedia link and overview respectively. The last column is divided into two types.

(2) These gestures indicate that the fruit has been sequenced temporarily. Click the link to display the classification information and genome size of the fruit.

2.Auxin genes     Anthocyanin genes       Flower genes

(1) These represent the number and relevant information of the functional gene contained in this fruit.

(2) Click more information to view more information.Click CDS and Pro to download the sequence of Glucosinolate genes in this fruit.

3.Transcriptome

(1) Click preview.

(2) Click download data.

(2) Click the download button to download the XLS of the above search results form.

This page mainly includes the nutritional value of 41 kinds of fruits.
